Joy strongly believes that a good state of health depends on the environment in which we live, our lifestyle, and what we eat. These ideals, coupled with a long-term experience as owner of vegetarian restaurants, led Musacchio's family to develop a plant-based meat analogs product line, under the brand name "Food Evolution", created using a unique technology for the Italian food sector called "high-moisture wet extrusion". These products are characterized by a taste (like chicken, beef, and bacon) and structure extraordinarily similar to meat. A small contribution to try to lift the planet from unsustainable production practices. It is a source of great pride for the company that its products can promote people's health, avoid the suffering and death of many animals and contribute to the reduction of global warming.
