The project "Fattincasa 100% Italian wheat from supply chain" was born with the aim of creating a biscuits line capable of meeting the new consumers needs, increasingly interested to the themes of the Italian nature of the ingredients and the origin of the raw materials, and compliant to an ethical model based on agricultural values of qualitative, social and environmental nature. For this reason, at the beginning of 2021, the Company Dileo Pietro S.p.A. chose to carry out the "Fattincasa 100% Italian wheat from the supply chain" project, thanks to the agreement sealed by the Coldiretti FdAI brand (Signed by Italian Farmers) which guarantees, in Italy and abroad, products from Italian fields and farms, ensuring the total traceability of the supply chain and the respect of production and ethical standards that generate benefits for all the players involved in the process: from the consumers, because Dileo offers them the food safety guaranteed by the total traceability of the flour at every stage of the production process, from the wheat field to the packaging on the supermarkets shelfs; to the suppliers, because the transparency of the product chain allows a fair distribution of value for all players in the supply chain, starting with farms; from the environment, because the supply chain agreement guarantees the sustainability of production methods and respect for the agricultural vocation of each territory; to the economy, because using and enhancing products form 100% Italian agricultural supply chain also means helping the local Companies to grow, invest and develop.

The Fattincasa line with 100% Italian wheat from the supply chain consists of 5 items:

1) Fattincasa 100% from supply chain with Italian fresh milk 500 g.

2) Fattincasa 100% from supply chain with spelt flour 500 g.

3) Fattincasa 100% from the supply chain with chocolate chips and Italian barley 500 g.

4) Fattincasa 100% from the supply chain with Italian rice and cocoa 500 g.

5) Fattincasa 100% wholemeal flour from supply chain and bran 500 g. In addition, all the items of Fattincasa 100% from supply chain line are produced with Italian eggs, milk and sugar.
