The Buonsani line fully represents the timeless flavor of the classic Tarallino, the quintessential Apulian snack, now available in a healthy version: when we came up with this new line of products we strongly wanted to align with the latest food trends, which signal a preference for healthy and sustainable food alternatives. The new Puglia Sapori line consist, at the moment, of two references of Tarallini rich in nutritional benefits. The Tarallini with beta-glucans are rich in fibers and help restore the correct levels of cholesterol in the blood, while the Tarallini low in sodium are particularly suited for a hyposodic diet. Flavour and crunchiness are the most important traits of the new Buonsani, which are the perfect choice for the many consumers who wish to nourish their well-being with healthy and sustainable food alternatives. Moreover, this new line of Tarallini is produced exclusively with Italian grains through the use of renewable energy sources.
