Prepared in bags for gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan sweet baked goods. The product only needs water. The leavening takes place directly in the oven. A very soft product is obtained, moist enough that can be kept for 15 days out of the refrigerator. The preparation is available in various flavors including: hazelnut, cocoa, orange and vanilla, pistachio. It is possible to combine GELBI creams, which are also dairy-free and gluten-free and vegan. The main ingredients are: specially selected gluten-free flour mix, hazelnut or pistachio flour, cocoa, nickel-free raising agents, natural thickeners, raw cane sugar, salt. All ingredients are gluten-free. All product are certificated for vegan and glutenfree.
