With its high quality ingredients, the Numero Uno pizza represents the taste experience of the gourmet pizzeria: dough (soft wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), mozzarella 23% (milk, salt, microbial rennet, milk enzymes), tomato sauce 20% (tomato puree, tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, salt, oregano, basil), sunflower oil.

The manifacturing process perfectly replays the creation modalities of the traditional Neapolitan pizza, using an exclusive and handcrafted method, which involves an over-24 hours rising, a manual rolling and stuffing and an exclusive wood oven baking.
