The Tricolour has always distinguished us, it represents our tradition, as a nation and in particular as a company. For this reason, we have chosen to put on the plate a mix of colours made with only legumes flour which allows to obtain a tasty and gluten free first dish. The Dalla Costa Tubetti with 3 legumes are made from red lentils flour, chickpeas and green peas flours, all natural ingredients, processed without the addition of additives. Ingredients that are the basis of a good Mediterranean diet, rich in vegetable proteins (which contribute to the maintenance of muscle mass), a source of fibers and low in sodium and fats. The bronze drawing then gives a rougher and more porous pasta, capable of capturing and enhancing sauces, aromas and flavors. The raw materials are carefully selected, the result of organic farming that respects nature. An excellent dish in a single act of goodness.
