These are fresh sauces not pasteurized to be inserted in the fridge counter fruit and fruit; the list of ingredients has been reduced to a minimum so as to faithfully reproduce a home made preparation using only fresh vegetables. The ingredients are all from organic agriculture, no preservatives added and marked by the barried ear that makes them suitable for consumption for celiac people. The basil tomato sauce has the objective of making the preparation of this icon of italian cuisine practical and fast in all houses. , and as a basis for the traditional risotto.
