Together with the renowed pastry chef Fabrizio Fiorani we created an unusual and fascinating combination, the one between our "taggiasco" extra virgin olive oil and the queen of spices, the bourbon vanilla of madagascar! The result is a unique, fragrant and flavour condiment, perfectly in harmony, thanks to the mixture of the "taggiasco" extra virgin olive oil delicacy and the precious malagasy vanilla incomparable sweetness, which allows a synthesis of taste otherwise impossible with other ingredients. it is highly suitable to enrich creams, muffins, cakes, biscuits or to flavour fruit salads and ice creams. it can be used in bakery to totally or partially replace butter (or other less valuable oils), transforming a regualar recipe into a unique creation, thanks to the cutting-edge vision of the chef and the high quality of the raw materials. Excellent for flavouring seafood and fish dishes, it can also become an original ingredient to create fusion dishes with oriental and exotic notes, to be combined with sweet and sour and fresh foods.
