The project stems from a simple yet creative idea: to associate flour, the basic element of many doughs, with the natural and genuine flavor of fruit. A line of type 1 flours has been created combined with 7 different types of fruit, with blueberry being the most loved and most requested for creating both sweet and savory recipes. Ingredients for Blueberry Fruttarine: Type "1" soft wheat flour, 3% dehydrated blueberry, corn starch, natural flavoring. An aromatic combination that enhances the typical notes of blueberry with a sweet and sour taste. In particular, this preparation allows for unusual flavor combinations and gives a scent that evokes the typical notes of wild berries. At the base of each preparation is Molino Bertolo's type '1' soft wheat flour, which is notable for containing wheat germ and being an excellent source of fiber. It is versatile in the kitchen and ideal for preparing tasty and high-quality recipes. Fruttarine® is excellent for short-leavening doughs, lending itself to both sweet and savory preparations. Thanks to its composite nature, it adds liveliness and a unique flavor to each dough.
