"Italian Tradition in 10 minute" is the new line launched by Cerreto Organic of dried organic legumes and grain soups, that cook in just 10 minutes without soaking! After careful selection, legumes and grains are steamed, dried and packaged, a type of process that allows the organoleptic properties of the ingredients to remain intact and a long shelf life (15 months). The preparation does not involve soaking and long cooking of grains and legumes, facilitating the introduction of these essential ingredients into our diet, even when we have little time. The recipe possibilities are endless: vegetables, broth, sauces and seasonings can be added as desired. Italian Tradition in 10 minute brings to the table the flavours of our culinary tradition in a genuine way, without preservatives, additives and no added salt, a quicker alternative to traditional legumes and healthier than canned.
