It is par excellence one of the most traditional pastries in central Italy. Our grandmothers made it by making the shortcrust pastry embrace a walnut shell and we continue to pass on this tradition of the concave shell, in its total authenticity and genuineness. So we give life to a pastry with a double filling of cocoa cream and vanilla cream and an alchermes liquor bath.
