Mini Pinsa Pinsami Fridge is the new space-saving format that adapts to the reduced size of households and modern consumption habits. With two single-serve Pinsa crusts (2 x 130g) in one package you will be able to cater to everyone's taste without waste! The product has a shelf life of 60 days, storable in the fridge. With the same dough as the Pinsami Pinsa Classic version, the Pinsami Mini is mainly made with wheat flour, rice flour, soy flour and sourdough. The other ingredients of the Mini Pinsa are water, rice semolina, iodized salt 1.1% (salt, potassium iodate 0.007%), extra virgin olive oil, dried brewer's yeast. Moreover, it is composed of 80 % water, making it very digestible and light. Pinsami is again the only Pinsa made with a patented protected iodized salt, @Presal!
