The development of this new format of spicy Calabrian 'Nduja is innovative and exclusive, to make a traditional product ready for use and excellent as a cooking ingredient. In 190 ml or 500 ml "squeeze" bottle packaging, pasteurized and to be kept outside the fridge. The recipe is only pure 'Nduja Madeo with the addition of oil. The 'Nduja is made with 100% pork from the Calabrian supply chain, with own-produced chilli pepper (from open-field cultivation to transformation into fresh cream), gluten-free, preservative-free and dairy-free. The traditional spreadable cured meat is presented in this version adapted to the new consumption needs. The product was used as an innovative format by a foreign foodservice chain which, in its over 1,000 stores, seasoned a pizza with the traditional 'Nduja. A self-service format has been added to the foodservice format, suitable for domestic use, distributed by various Italian and foreign retail chains.
