4chef Squid ink risotto is a ready-to-eat dish made according to a patented process which allows to maintain organoleptic characteristics like a fresh made risotto. This process is completely different from currently used one and thanks to this process is possible to taste a product not over cooked, tasty and really creamy. The product can be regenerated both in the microwave (at 600w for 3 min) or in a pan (adding 40g of water and heating over medium heat for 2 min).
