Durum wheat is 100% Italian and the sweet potato is known for its intake of antioxidants, vitamin A and fibers. Gnocchi di patate dolci (Sweet potato Gnocchi) are ready in 2 minutes directly in the pan, thus halving the use of water and energy during the cooking process. The packaging of Gnocchi di patate dolci (Sweet potato Gnocchi) - 400g size - is made of 100% compostable paper, which can be disposed of as organic waste and/or as a 100% recyclable paper waste .
