Marketing and Sales Manager with twenty years of experience in the Hospitality sector, first as Product Manager and then as Marketing and Communication Director. Expert in Customer Satisfaction and Web Reputation, in 2011 she founded Qualitando together with Alma Vigorita and Luca Poretti. She has also been involved for several years in training at universities and specialized institutes. Plus, she was a speaker at the most important industry events in Italy.

Christian Creati

Ceo e Co-founder, Acquainbrick

Born in 1987 in Milan but Suzanne by adoption, he is co-founder and sole director of Acquainbrick srl SB. With an important background in the world of communication, event organisation and staging, Creati has put all of himself into building from scratch an innovative project for the Italian market, giving life to the first startup that produces water in recyclable cardboard, defined as one of the most exciting projects of his career. Creati is a tireless researcher of entrepreneurial adventures, with a resilience in selling directly proportional to his stubbornness in making mistakes. He currently runs several businesses and parallel projects, after a journey that has led him to learn positive lessons from his falls in defiance of the laws of gravity, knowing that for every past failure you can expect at least 2 future successes. And so far, arithmetic has proved him right.

Ilaria Legato

Brand & Food Designer

She deals with Brand and Food Design for the hospitality world and the development of food formats with a focus on catering and hospitality. She is a Hoepli author. After graduating in Political Science with a sociological focus from Florence University, she studied Communication Design at the IED in Milan. She carries out an intense teaching activity in the sector: she teaches Design Methodology at the School of Communication Design of the IED in Rome and coordinates the Master Brand Design and Management for Food Wine and Tourism for the IED in Florence and the IED in Barcelona. A speaker at conferences and events in the sector, she has lectured for various national and international organisations, including Blue Horizon International in China and the Gambero Rosso Master's course at Ca' Foscari University in Venice, Suor Orsola Benincasa University in Naples and IULM University. She is the founder, together with designers Paolo Barichella and Mauro Olivieri, of the "food designers" group: thanks to their contribution, in 2006 the Food Design specialisation officially entered ADI (Associazione per il Disegno Industriale) with a thematic commission and the first Food Design Manifesto.
