Graduated in Management Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, he founded a consulting company in the digital field following his customers - national and international - in the creation of solutions to support strategic choices in the Digital field, acquiring great experience in the development of the Customer Experience in Omnichannel areas. He is currently supervising Bennet's touch points aimed at the end customer and coordinating the B2C logistics processes integrated into the eCommerce solutions, both click & collect and home delivery. He prefers to make decisions guided by data analysis and innovate cutting-edge methods and processes to achieve the achievement of objectives.
