He is contract professor of "Managerial Accounting Systems" within the Master degree in Administration, Finance and Control at the Carlo Cattaneo University (LIUC) of Castellanza (VA). Since 1992 he has been teaching at the same university several courses on Planning and Management Control. He graduated in Business Administration at the Luigi Bocconi University and at the same Milanese university he taught Cost Analysis and Accounting until 1999. Till 1994 he worked as an internal lecturer in the Administration and Control Area of the Bocconi University School of Business Administration. At SDA Bocconi he was coordinator of several courses in administration, finance and control for «non-specialists». He is currently senior member of the faculty of the LIUC Business School and provides training on topics such as budget analysis, management control, strategic planning, business organization, business process reengineering and cost management. He is senior member of the Faculty of The European House - Ambrosetti Academy. In recent years his research activity has focused on the management tools and logics of companies forming part of the Food & Beverage chain. Alessandro Buoso, earned his Business Administration degree from Cà Foscari University (Venezia) by 1998. The following months he conducted several postgraduated international studies firstly on Multidisciplinary field and then oriented on Business organization and management. Mr. Buoso, from the very beginning of his career was attracted to Lateral Thinking and Heuristic technique applied on business management model where the Change Management strategy became the main focus and this expertise led him to the Supermarket chain business (GDO). Starting from 1999, Mr. Buoso occupied several significant vacancies on the most relevant Italian Supermarket chains, such as Gruppo Pam, Gruppo Vega and finally Gruppo COAL. During his experiences Mr. Buoso also took part in important reorganization projects which involved purchasing centrals such as Vegè and Sigma. From the experience gained over the year and the studies, Mr.Buoso has increasingly adopted the Change Management as the main business strategy, firmly believing that the change cannot be a stand alone action but Change Management is an ongoing approach which pass through a deep cultural and management change in order to be effective. As of September 2019, Mr.Buoso joined the Gruppo COAL, which is an important local Company based in Marche region, as General Manager to lead the Company through a deep reorganization and change management process, by promoting new business and management models for the re-launch of the Group. Under his supervision on 2020 the Group exceeds a turnover of 300 million Euros (and apporaches the 600 million Euros of transactions), with 300 point of sales, in 6 italian regions (plus San Marino) and more than 200 towns covered by its labels.
CEO, Pedon
Class of 1976, Loris Pedon obtained a degree in Political Science from the University of Padova with specialisation in socioeconomics, followed by a master’s degree in marketing from IED Communication of Milan. Over the years he has covered various roles within the company, first alongside his father Sergio in the sales department to contributing to the creation of the HR department in 2008, in the role of Human Resources Manager. In 2012 he took on the role of General Manager and became advocate and promotor of a modern management system that led to the introduction of new, high-profile figures within the company in order to respond to the evolution already taking place towards an ever more managerial administration. He has matured numerous skills, from maintaining business relations with buyers of organised and discount retailers, to the management of a sales network and the development of skills in human sciences applied to the business world. A marked path, versatile and expressly open on various fronts, that allowed for an extensive and profound formation in anticipation of the role of CEO, assumed in December 2018, and the consequent entrance in the Board of Directors.
