ASSICA - Unfair practices in the food supply chain: the state of the art
Directive 633/2019 long awaited by all operators in the agri-food chain lays the foundations for a new approach to the discipline of commercial practices between operators, making the agri-food sector take a pioneering step forward in this area. However, there are still unresolved issues and room for improvement. This seminar aims to address the innovations, unresolved points and operational criticalities that emerge in the transposition of the directive.
