From 22 to 26 October, in Hall 18, Stand D05 E08, the Pantaleo company will be holding some tastings, led by Dario Schina, chef at the Dadario restaurant in Mesagne.


The spotlight during these culinary experiments will focus on the products of the Pantaleo Agricoltura company and the whole range of Pantaleo products.


The tastings will be divided into two main time slots:


10 -11,30 a.m.: dessert-making

12.30 -3 p.m.: reserved for making various savoury dishes.


For each recipe, selected products will be used and the reasons for the various different choices will be explained.


All visitors will be allowed to access the stand.
