What happens when two excellent fisheries in the Venetian sea bring their flavours to the table? Something unexpected: organic clams, tasty fasolari, and tasty sauces come together in a thousand different combinations with a single common thread: a quality product that guarantees the sustainability of fishing and the protection of the ecosystem.
