Discussion and sharing: this is also business atTUTTOFOOD

An unparalleled programme of events, which is making great strides, will also make the Milanese appointment a unique knowledge-sharing platform in Italy in the sector.

Debate and discussion. See and touch everything related to innovation and on the subject of technology: apps, food delivery, e-commerce, traceability. Find out data and sector numbers in advance. Explore and discover the emerging companies most likely to turn into business development opportunities. In addition to being, as always, the most effective platform for meeting Food & Beverage supply and demand in Italy and among the top four in Europe, TUTTOFOOD 2021 will also be all this and much more thanks to an unparalleled schedule of events already making great strides.

The digital transformation is already here

After the success of its debut at the 2019 edition, Evolution Plaza, the arena for the very latest digital transformation solutions will be renewed and expanded: it will serve as the heart of the TUTTODIGITAL area, which will offer initiatives from both global players and innovative start-ups, as well as best practices suggested directly by the exhibitors. The study of the latest digital trends will point to the technologies that have successfully come through the post-lockdown period: from product traceability, to the use of more ‘motivated’ technologies such as Artificial Intelligence or grocery robots up to food delivery and e-commerce, destined to grow again after the boom during the confinement.

Also of great importance is the Innovation Area, which will present the new TUTTOFOOD competition dedicated to innovation and where professional visitors will be able to touch some of the most interesting innovations in terms of products and processes. In order to share its digital content throughout the year, the exhibition relies on the know-how of partner Netcomm, the Italian digital commerce consortium.

Spotlight on large-scale distribution and Retail

Also making a return is the Retail Plaza, the stage on which stars of the Retail and large-scale distribution world will showcase their good practices regarding the newest solutions and very latest trends, engaging with the live audience using scientific coordination. An event that, over the years, has seen the involvement of organisations such as Amazon, Carrefour, Végé Group, Eataly, Easy Coop, Iper, and Unes with the Il Viaggiator Goloso or Metro brand.

A reinforced concept to offer greater integration between exhibitors, other operators and experts will host a discussion which is as ‘technical’ as it is a part of everyday life, in the name of good practice and success stories: from assortments to price policies and positioning, to payments, supply chains and the new ‘People & Dialogue’ approach to the customer, today even more overwhelmingly in the spotlight after the experience of the pandemic, which has put the relationship between company and person back at the centre in its integrity and complexity.
