The mix that makes visiting TUTTOFOOD a unique experience

From small companies of excellence to multinationals, from historical brands to start-ups, from Italy to the world: the common denominators of the exhibition are quality and innovation.

Why do you come to TUTTOFOOD? Why is it so important to be in attendance? For example, because one of the key features of the offerings along the exhibition floor is high quality: to be tasted, tried and seen. Or for a unique mix of small, excellent companies and large firms, between Italian and international proposals, which attracts not only foreign buyers but also those from home.

 

"At TUTTOFOOD 2021 as always, we will be looking for high quality Made in Italy products. - explains Stefano Albano of Tradex US -. We are active in the food service sector and, from our two locations in New York and Texas, we cover a large part of the USA. Our customers are mostly high-end Italian restaurants and they are asking us for organic and natural products in particular, from cheese to pasta. There is also a growing demand for sweets and festive treats, such as panettone. Here we know that we can find excellent but structured companies able to respond to these demands”.

 

Emanuela Tallarico of Compass Group Italia, which has been active in the food service sector for fifty years, also agrees that quality is the key to product research: "At TUTTOFOOD we look for quality products, this year particularly in Frozen. A strong impetus in this regard also comes from end customers, who are increasingly aware of the origin, supply chain and ingredients. We also hope to find original proposals in the world of Beverages, as well as everything related to Green, particularly in packaging".

 

"One of the points of TUTTOFOOD is undoubtedly the presence of small artisan producers alongside large companies - concludes Francesco, a long-time professional visitor to the event who is active in the world of e-commerce. For those who work in my sector, this offers the opportunity to always find original and innovative products to propose to the end customer. My interest is across merchandise categories, but if I had to name one where I'm noticing a growth in demand, I'd say sweets and festive products”.
