TUTTOFOOD 2021: in October the pleasure of looking, touching, tasting live returns

The TUTTOFRUIT area debuts and TUTTOWINE grows stronger. The Retail Plaza and the Evolution Plaza are back and the Better Future Award makes its debut in an edition marked by quality and internationality.

Not only for consumers, but also for those who deal with them professionally, food and drinks represent aromas, flavours, textures creating a multi-sensory experience to be looked at, touched and enjoyed live. For this reason, TUTTOFOOD2021 will be back at fieramilano from October 22nd to 26th, with several new features: such as TUTTOFRUIT, dedicated to fresh fruit and vegetables and innovations in the 4th and 5th range, which joins the sectors launched in recent editions such as TUTTOHEALTH, TUTTODIGITAL and TUTTOWINE, the latter strengthened with focus on territories.



Around 600 exhibitors and buyers from all over the world


It will be an edition oriented to quality and internationalisation. To date, about 600 exhibitors have registered, from Italy and around the world: from all over Europe, but also Asia (India), Middle East and North Africa (Egypt, Turkey), North and South America (USA, Peru, Uruguay) and even Oceania or Indonesia. Particularly noteworthy are the group exhibitions, such as Eat Nordic (Denmark, Norway and Finland) or the Balkans (Slovenia, Serbia and Kosovo). Thanks to the continuing support of ICE/ITA Agency, buyers are expected from all over Europe, North and South America, the Mediterranean and Turkey, Russia and the CIS states, selected markets in the Middle East and the United Arab Emirates.



A schedule of events to acquire skills for growth


The two "plazas" have also been renovated. In collaboration with the Retail Institute Italy, the Retail Plaza makes use of partnerships with the academic world and reference media in a format redesigned with Business International - Fiera Milano Media. There were many hot topics: from the new Retail formats to the growth of Food Delivery and Last Mile, from sustainability to digital evolutions, discussed by the top managers of the large-scale retail sector.


The heart of TUTTODIGITAL, the Evolution Plaza will be dedicated to innovation in its most tech aspects - apps, food delivery, e-commerce, traceability - with innovative start-ups and best practices. The Innovation Area will host the new Better Future Award event in collaboration with Gdoweek and Mark UP, dedicated to the most innovative products in the industry, and will display the award-winning products. Lastly, the collaboration with APCI is back, which will bring show-cooking moments as well as an authentic Academy, while the simultaneous presence of HostMilano and MEAT-TECH will make it possible to examine numerous merchandise categories from a supply chain perspective.
