Award CATEGORIES<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

Following a method developed over more than thirty years, products are evaluated through blind tastings, with no reference to the brand, by a jury of chefs, buyers, food writers and retailers. Great Taste is the world\u2019s largest independent food accreditation scheme, ensuring impartiality and
\nrewarding only quality, while also supporting smaller producers. Each product receives a feedback and a score from 0 to 3 stars.<\/p>\r\n

\r\n
\r\n\r\n The Italian section of the competition is open to all food & beverage categories (excluding wine).
\nProducts are divided by Nielsen areas (North-West, North-East, Centre and South), along with a cluster dedicated to UNESCO Creative Cities of Gastronomy<\/strong> and one for PDO <\/strong>and PGI <\/strong>products, introduced in 2026. The best products advance to the final stage, where cluster winners and the

At TuttoFood, the Great Taste in Italy stand will host networking sessions, meetings, and tastings.
\nOn May 13th at 10:30 am. the roundtable \u201cGreat Taste in Italy: a strategic lever for the internationalization of Made in Italy``<\/strong> will take place, featuring UK organizer John Farrand, alongside other speakers and managing director at Guild of Fine Food.
\nIt will be the chance to discuss how Great Taste stars are highly respected seals of approval worldwide, for over thirty years.
