Themes such as well-being and sport represent the key to the evolution of attitude of each of us. The Valtellina Quality Agri-food District, which represents the entire sector of PDO and PGI products of this land, aware of the importance of people and what they eat, wants to explore these themes by linking them to the next Olympic and Paralympic Games in Milan Cortina 2026, of which it’s a sponsor.
Some recipes will also be presented; they’re the result of human ingenuity and creativity.


Food Retail evolution: new business and purchasing models in Italy and beyond
