Tuttofood Buyers Program is the hospitality business program exclusively reserved to selected top buyers from all over the world which allows approved participants to enjoy a VIP experience at the show through a tailor made visit.
International exhibitors have the opportunity to suggest their top clients to be candidate according to the following criteria:
- Candidates need to match the Program’s target: buyers, purchasing manager and any other positions in charge of food and beverage procurement from retail chains, restaurants chains, importers, distributors, wholesalers;
- Each individual exhibitor can suggest a maximum of 10 candidates while each company attending with an international groups organizer a maximum of 5 candidates;
- Each candidature will be evaluated by the organizers and, if approved, each candidate will benefit from free access to the show (valid for 4 days) and free access to the Buyers’ Lounge, the dedicated area at the show exclusively reserved to the Program’s participants. Only for candidates who are evaluated as VIP guests, the Program will offer also the hotel accommodation up to 4 nights (check in May 4 / check out May 8);
- The Buyers Program Team will provide each exhibitor with a detailed evaluation and feedback in terms of offered benefits for each suggested candidature;
- Each approved candidate will be contacted by the organizers and in order to be officially confirmed in the Program needs to apply through the official Buyers Program Application form;
- Candidatures proposed by the exhibitors must be submitted by filling in the dedicated form here below within September 30th.
