Gianfranco Pascucci

Member of 'Associazione Italiana Ambasciatori del Gusto' (Italian taste Ambassador), Gianfranco Pascucci is a self-made cook, co-owner of the restaurant "Pascucci Al Porticciolo" together with his wife Vanessa Melis. Their restaurant is one of the most relevant addresses in Italy for those who appreciate seafood. A nonconformist cuisine which introduces its excellence in the territory thanks to the great knowledge of the Tyrrhenian Sea and its products, to the attention on using the less used species, and to the commitment to the environmental cause (against the erosion and the destruction of the costs and of the sea bottom). Michelin starred since 2012, Gambero Rosso three forks, Espresso Guide's three chef's hats, these are only few of the most important recognitions obtained by Gianfranco Pascucci and his team, setting off the passion and the efforts they all give generously.

Marco Sacco

Member of 'Associazione Italiana Ambasciatori del Gusto' (Italian taste Ambassador), Marco Sacco is the son of restaurant entrepreneurs, and the owner of "Piccolo Lago", an historical restaurant since 1965 that today deserves two Michelin stars. A professional man who first learned the job when he was a kid observing his family and then improved his knowledge thanks to the masters of the culinary art, especially the French one. "Taking the past, modeling it in the present, projecting it in the future", this is the philosophy he grew constantly with passion through the use of fine techniques and keeping on studying, becoming nowadays a representative of Italian quality cuisine. Being Italian for him means starting from the territory, working with modern techniques, always respecting raw materials first.

Giancarlo Perbellini

Member of 'Associazione Italiana Ambasciatori del Gusto' (Italian taste Ambassador), Giancarlo Perbellini is the owner of "Casa Perbellini", one of the iconic places of Italian quality cuisine. He grew up surrounded by the gastronomic excellence of the Verona area, his cuisine is creative, with a refined and elegant taste. Descent of pastry chefs, he chose to become a cook out of passion. Different places both in Italy and Frances are the basis of his first solid experiences. He opened his first restaurant in 1989 and obtained two Michelin stars. Then he moved to Verona in 2014 and opened "Casa Perbellini" that within a year re-conquered the two Michelin stars.

Andrea Scarpati

Member of 'Associazione Italiana Ambasciatori del Gusto' (Italian taste Ambassador), Andrea Scarpati is the owner of "Sapori Restaurant" in Leicester. At 13 years old he approached the cuisine world and started to become familiar with the "white art" in the bakery nearby. After many experiences in Italy and abroad, he opened his restaurant in 2011 out of the national borders, with the aim to promote quality and conquer his client's trust thanks to his know-how. His cuisine, today, brings italianess in the United Kingdom.
