The area recollects Italian artisanal producers only, whose premium products are not distributed in mainstream retail channels, thriving instead in specialty stores and high-level foodservice.
Brand-new for next edition: the area is divided in multiple thematic sections, including dairy, deli, oils and condiments, preserves, seafood, pasta and rice etc.
This different ratio helps visitors to enjoy a more focused and vertical experience through the very finest of Italian gastronomy.
