The Sourcing Challenge - European Dairy Outlook

This dynamic, business-oriented event (composed of three short modules, approx. 25 minutes each), approaches the Dairy Industry under three different perspectives: 

– module #1 will explore structural shifts and new paradigms in milk production and market positioning, delivering meaningful content about the internal and external factors affecting productions worldwide: regulations, water, climate volatility; 

– in module #2, consumer expectations will get center stage. The Industry vs Retail debate will revolve around two main questions: how price volatility is affecting procurement strategies? How consumers are reacting in Europe? 

– in the module #3, the panel will explore the burning issues related to international sourcing and food trade in times of war and instability.
