Today's EU organic market: key figures and consumer trends

Europeans are spending €2.000 every second on organic food. Altogether, the European organic market is now close to €60 billion a year, and the market doubled in size in the past ten years.

Consumers across Europe are changing shopping habits and look more for food that is healthy, and good for the environment, even as they watch their budgets more carefully in the past years.

During this presentation, we will take a closer look at what is happening in the European organic market today, how different countries are evolving, and how consumer trends may shape the next few years.
