Born and raised in China, I moved to Italy 5 years ago and has been living in Florence ever since. Cooking is a huge part in my life. I remember helping grandma in the kitchen when I was a child. Now I enjoy cooking for my family every day. Having a nostalgic appetite, I’ve turned my kitchen into a battlefield, and try to recreate Chinese home dishes using local ingredients. During these years I have developed a hobby in dumplings making and have hosted several dumpling cooking classes and Chinese home-chef dinners in Florence. Besides spending time in the kitchen, I also like to share my life and travel adventures on my blog!

Having a China born and raised appetite, I constantly crave for noodles, especially the rustic hand pulled long noodles! However in Italy to make the ramen style noodles at home is not always easy.
