A new event where food becomes the common thread among emotions, trends and new discoveries will be on stage at Evolution Plaza. Because innovation is not just about technology.
The program of Evolution Plaza, the stage dedicated by TUTTOFOOD 2023 – at fieramilano from 8 to 11 May – to the evolution of consumption, won’t be just a showcase for new products, but this year it will be also enriched with a new format, Confessions at the Table: a journey that gathers guests from different backgrounds but united by the same passion for the table.
From digital to the real world
Following the success of the digital edition, which aired on the Instagram channel of the creative duo Charmen, Confessions at the Table will be presented live for the first time: each day format creators Mattia Lorenzetti and Guido Prosperi, a writer and a photographer with a passion for food and travel, will engage in informal and entertaining chats with their guests on the topic of food and on the importance of the table as a privileged place for sharing.
On stage, characters from a wide variety of backgrounds will entertain the audience with semi-serious tales, funny facts that really happened, business lunches and agreements made around a dinner table, without neglecting the passionate, sensory, and even astrological aspect of food.
Twelve great Italian and international names
The talk will feature twelve guests among chefs, journalists, doctors, astrologers, business managers and experts from the world of communication, who accepted the invitation to talk about their personal experience and share emotions and feelings with the visitors of Tuttofood. The event will kick off on Monday 8 at 3pm, with stories by alchemist chef Misha Sukyas, clinical sexologist Fabrizio Quattrini, and the creative director of Casta Diva Pictures, Massimo Righini. On Tuesday May 9, at 12pm, it will be the turn of Maddalena Fossati, director of La Cucina Italiana and Traveller, Pasquale Arria, CEO of Realize Network talent agency, and Gesualdo Vercio, VP Programming of Warner Bros. Discovery.
On Wednesday May 10, at 10am, it will be the turn of Flaviana Facchini, Luxury PR expert, Roberto Tallei, SkyTG24 deputy editor-in-chief, and journalist astrologer Antonio Capitani. Finally, to conclude in the name of diversity and equal opportunity, an all-female trio featuring Maria Elena Viola, editor of Donna Moderna, Victorie Gouloubi, chef and Afro-Caribbean food promoter, and Vasiliki Pierrakea, Greek cuisine ambassador, will be speaking on Thursday May 11 at 12pm.
