AREPO Vision is one of the most immersive sections at TUTTOFOOD. Designed as a multi-level experience for Retail and Foodservice professionals, it offers a deep dive into the PDO, PGI, and TSG products. This project is developed in collaboration with AREPO – the Association of European Regions for Products of Origin.
WHAT TO EXPECT in this area?
The area is divided into four main sections:
- Exhibition Section: a curated showcase featuring products from Regions, Autonomous Communities, and Protection Consortia from Italy and across Europe. This section gives a powerful voice and high-value representation to producers who are often overlooked in the traditional trade show circuit.
- AREPO Hub: An institutional and educational space designed to highlight local territories and the successful, sustainable projects that define them. It’s the go-to spot for professional networking and regional insights.
- Flavors Lab: the heartbeat of the area, dedicated to tastings, cooking shows, and live demos. Here, professionals can discover unique products and innovative recipes. Technical Partner: Federazione Italiana Cuochi (Italian Chefs Federation).
- AREPO Vision Arena: a dedicated event space for high-level debates on the most pressing issues in the agri-food industry, specifically focused on supply chain integrity and protected designations of origin.
