Great Taste is the stage that allows true quality to stand out and, for the best products, to distinguish themselves and gain value in the market, offering opportunities and visibility on equal footing to both small artisanal producers and large food companies.

This awards is an opportunity to receive exclusive feedback and valuable insights from judges selected among chefs, buyers, journalists, and food bloggers – often essential for understanding how to approach markets most effectively. It represents a real moment of product education and constructive exchange between the evaluation panel and the producer: a unique opportunity to open up to a wider network worldwide.

METHODOLOGY

Following a method developed over more than thirty years, products are evaluated through blind tastings, with no reference to the brand, by a jury of chefs, buyers, food writers and retailers. Great Taste is the world’s largest independent food accreditation scheme, ensuring impartiality and
rewarding only quality, while also supporting smaller producers. Each product receives a feedback and a score from 0 to 3 stars.

WHAT TO EXPECT in this area?

At TuttoFood, the Great Taste in Italy stand will host networking sessions, meetings, and tastings.
On May 13th at 10:30 am. the roundtable “Great Taste in Italy: a strategic lever for the internationalization of Made in Italy`` will take place, featuring UK organizer John Farrand, alongside other speakers and managing director at Guild of Fine Food.
It will be the chance to discuss how Great Taste stars are highly respected seals of approval worldwide, for over thirty years.
The best products of 2025 will also presented.
