Does Tuttofood issue entry visas (VISA) for international visitors?
No, the Tuttofood organizing office does not directly issue entry visas.
Visitors - Who can visit the fair?
TUTTOFOOD is a trade-only event reserved exclusively for professionals in the Food, HoReCa, Mass Retail, and Retail sectors.
Tickets
ATTENTION: if you have received an invitation code, it can only be redeemed online.
How much does a ticket cost?
There are two types of tickets available:

Daily Ticket: €80 (VAT included).

Full-Event Ticket: €120 (VAT included), valid for all days of the exhibition, regardless of how many days you attend.
Can I request an invoice for the ticket purchase?
The entrance ticket itself serves as a valid tax document. Therefore, no additional invoice is required.

Can I purchase the ticket directly at the fair?
Yes, but it is always preferable to purchase it online, avoiding queues and availability issues.
I purchased the ticket but I did not receive any email, what should I do?
The ticket will also be downloadable immediately after purchase. In case of non-receipt of the ticket, contact the Fiera Milano call center: the email address is visitatori.tuttofood@fieramilano.it and the phone number is +39 0249976822.
Active from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 18:30.
I purchased the ticket but I can no longer come, can I ask for a refund?
The ticket is not refundable.
Are there reduced-price tickets for people with disabilities?
No. However, companions of trade visitors with a 100% disability certification are eligible for a reduced-price ticket of €30 (VAT included).
Are children allowed?
The event is reserved for adults (over 18s). Infants can enter for free if accompanied by their parents.
Are dogs allowed?
No animals are permitted, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind.
Are there group tickets?
No, group ticket rates are not available.
Can schools attend?
Only by prior reservation and exclusively for schools and universities relevant to the agri-food sector. The number of classes and courses admitted to TUTTOFOOD is limited. Requests are subject to approval and must be sent via email to: m.venturelli@fiereparma.it. If approved, you will receive further instructions regarding prices and procedures.
Is it possible to rent mobility vehicles to move around the exhibition?
Yes, the event provides a rental service for manual and electric wheelchairs to ensure maximum accessibility. Wheelchairs can be rented via the following website: https://www.mobilitycenter.it/noleggio-mobility-scooter/mobility-center-fiera-milano/
