The poetry of Olio Dante meets the beauty of Miss Italia: this year, the brand of the Supreme Poet becomes a sponsor of the popular pageant, which has crowned Italy's most beautiful beauty for 80 years. The first major public showcase of this collaboration will be at Tuttofood in Milan, one of the most important and well-attended food and beverage fairs internationally. On May 12th, Katia Buchicchio, the reigning Miss Italia, will be present at the Olio Dante stand, presenting the collaboration between the two brands to industry professionals and international buyers.

On the final day, Wednesday 13 May, the Murgella by Caseificio Palazzo stand at TuttoFood will be dedicated to one of the most iconic products of Apulian dairy tradition: burrata. Chefs Antonella Ricci and Vinod Sookar will lead a creative live workshop exploring four gourmet toppings designed to enhance the creaminess and versatility of burrata. An immersive experience that blends tradition and innovation, offering new ways to interpret a classic symbol of Puglia.
On the afternoon of Tuesday 12 May, the Murgella by Caseificio Palazzo stand at TuttoFood will host a live workshop dedicated to one of the most iconic symbols of Apulian street food: the panzerotto. Chefs Antonella Ricci and Vinod Sookar will guide visitors through the preparation of gourmet panzerotti, showcasing dough making, filling, and shaping techniques. Two signature fillings will be presented: 1. mozzarella, mortadella & pistachio with classic stracciatella topping 2. mozzarella & capocollo with smoked stracciatella topping A live experience where tradition meets innovation!
During the afternoon of the first day of the exhibition, the Murgella by Caseificio Palazzo stand will transform into an authentic Apulian workshop, where tradition comes to life before visitors’ eyes.
